Recruiting account FAQs
Q: Do I need special software to use my recruiting account?
A: You will need:
- A browser (recommended: Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 7)
- A PDF reader (Adobe Reader [new window] is available free of charge)
Q: Is the Back icon in the program different than my browser's Back button?
A: Yes -- please use the program's built-in
Back to navigate to the previous page. Your browser's Back button won't behave as it typically does in this program. We think you'll become accustomed to this convention pretty quickly. Sorry for any confusion!
Q: How do I select more than one option in Industry, in the Profile section?
A: Depress the Ctrl key to make multiple selections in the Industry field and others with multiple options.
Q: Do I have to complete all of the fields in the Profile section?
A: No, you're not required to complete all fields, but we suggest you provide information in these key fields (and remember to Save Changes!):
- Industry (Who We Are tab)
- Overview (Who We Are tab)
- Website (Key Statistics tab)
