Recruiting alumni
Engineering Career Services provides full services only to those alumni within one year of graduation or to those who may have returned to seek engineering career opportunities after completing military or volunteer commitments. Such candidates are included in the candidate pool unless employers specify limited graduation dates. In addition, a small percentage of current graduating students earned degrees after some years of prior full-time work or military experience, and a large percentage of our graduates obtain responsible engineering co-op or internship experience prior to graduation.
Currently, a small number of more experienced alumni request “guest” accounts to view online job postings. Employers seeking more experienced alumni are thus welcome to post job openings through our online system. However, other options to consider when recruiting alumni include:

The National Association of Colleges and Employers, our national professional association, has a very active job posting service, NACElink, which targets both current students and alumni. Advertising rates are very reasonable. - Job Prospector
