Engineering Career Services (ECS) uses a comprehensive, web-based career services management system developed by Symplicity Corp. System features allow you to:

• Enter company information in an employer profile section, to help market your organization to students.
• Manage your on-campus recruiting (OCR) activities online: enter job descriptions, make schedule requests, view resumes, select candidates to interview, monitor schedules and RSVPs for information sessions, etc. Also includes an integrated e-mail function to easily send a message to one or many applicants.
• Add job postings and manage applications.

Register online now [new window] if you are a new employer to ECS or a new contact for your organization. Click on the "Register" tab, complete the form, and click "Submit". Once approved (typically within 1-2 business days), you'll receive an e-mail message with detailed information on getting started with ECS.

Prior to recruiting Ohio State engineering co-op or internship candidates, employers are required to submit the Employer Agreement Form online or the Employer Agreement Form as a PDF.
