Students
Who can participate in this career fair?
NISVCF will be open to students and alumni of NACE-member institutions (Ohio State is a NACE member) who are not citizens or authorized to work in the United States, or who are considered "international." Jobs that will be available, typically, will return graduates to their home countries.

May US students who want to work abroad also participate?
Not at this time. Participation is limited to US-educated international students. NISVCF was created in response to trends in the United States that are making it difficult for international students to become employed and remain in the United States. Future events might include US students interested in working abroad.

Is there a way to see a list of employers that will be participating in the fair?
Yes, at the NISVCF login/registration page [new window], click on Participating Employers.

Employers
How can I register for the NISVCF?
You may register at http://asp.symplicity.com/nacelinkvcf/ [new window].

Where can I find more information on the NISVCF, including the registration fee?
The NISVCF is a pilot project created to serve the international student population in the United States, currently struggling to find employment due to visa limitations. Additional information is available on the NACE web site:

Can I send an e-mail to all the registered students?
Not for this NISVCF, but it could be a possible enhancement for future events, depending on employer interest and feedback during the pilot project.

Do the applicants’ resumes have to go to the contact listed on the account?
No. When you enter your job information, you can select a specific e-mail address for the resumes to go to. If you have multiple jobs, you can have a different e-mail address on each job listing.

Can I enter a profile of my organization?
Yes. Students will be able to view all the employers that registered for the career fair, and they will be able to read the profiles employers entered for their accounts.

Do I have to register for an account for each country that I want to post jobs for?
No. When you enter a job listing, you select the location(s) of the job. If you have multiple jobs, you can select different locations for each job.
