Alumni services
If you have graduated in the last twelve months, you are still eligible for all ECS services (don't forget to request lifetime e-mail forwarding [new window]). The following services are available for those who graduated from the College of Engineering over one year ago:
- Our job search system includes a job listing feature which will allow job seekers to search an active database of job postings from any computer with web access. To access these job postings, please contact ECS for instructions.
- A variety of resources, including NACElink, are available through the Job search links page.
- The Buckeye Job Board [new window] is a job posting site offered through the Alumni Association's Career Exploration office. Ohio State alumni can view full-time career opportunities with employers seeking experienced candidates for open positions. Positions are submitted for review and posted for 30 days. There is no fee for employers or alumni to use this service.
- Alumni who wish to focus their job searches within the state of Ohio might find Job Prospector [new window], the State of Ohio Job Search [new window], and The Ohio State University Personnel Postings [new window] to be particularly useful links. The Company research links section can also help identify employers. We recommend visiting specialized sites, too, such as those run by professional associations (for example, AiChE [new window] or ASME [new window]).
- Alumni are welcome to attend scheduled workshops presented or sponsored by Engineering Career Services.
- The Career Exploration Office [new window] offers career advice to OSU alumni. Information is available at their website, by phone 614/292-3503, or via e-mail at careerexploration@osu.edu.
